LMTS One Call Does It All Facilities Management set out to be dedicated to the NHS, by providing road and air transport for Medical teams and various specialist units throughout the UK and Ireland.

We started in 1997 previously known as LIFELINE Medical Transport Service.

We have built a solid reputation for providing a first-class service to our customers, whilst also developing dedicated partnerships with them.

We have now evolved from being a Private Ambulance Company and Medical Courier service to now providing even more services to our customers.

Train With Us

All of our training staff hold teaching qualifications and subject-specific qualifications.

We are affiliated to, licensed by, and quality assured by the National Federation for Personal Safety (NFPS). We are also

 a Highfield Approved Training Centre.

About Us

Malcolm and his wife, Patricia Peverley started our previous company Lifeline Medical Transport in 1997, predominantly to support the Renal and Cardio Transplant Teams at the Freeman Hospital Newcastle.

We believe that the benefits of employing LMTS are significant.  Not only can we offer expert advice and services in a variety of fields,we can also assist you with several different aspects of your organisation’s needs, and should a problem occur, we will also take the most appropriate steps to resolve it.

 

 

We are situated in Ashington, close to the A1 and A19. This affords us close proximity to the motorway network and major local routes, enabling us to be where you need us to be when you need us to be there.

​We service customers in a number of local towns and cities and we also service customers nationwide, who require our services,

we offer a 24/7 service.

With the ever growing demand on our staff to provide services to the NHS Trust, we found ourselves in a position that we could not release our staff for training as training providers couldn’t offer their services outside of normal working hours.

 

We then decided to obtain the relevant qualifications ourselves and turn the company into a training centre teaming up with our sister company SimpliLearn Training and our awarding bodies being Highfields and the National Federation of Personal Safety (NFPS).
